Pause & Reflect
Paul had achievements, credentials and religious status. Yet after encountering Christ, he reassessed what mattered most. His great desire became: “that I may know him.” This brings our first movement full circle. Day 1 began with the invitation to know God. Day 31 ends with a man who had discovered that knowing Christ was worth rearranging everything else around. Knowing God is not merely accumulating information. It changes what we value. It changes how we define success. It changes how we respond to suffering. It changes how we use our resources. It changes our relationships, ambitions, decisions and priorities. And after thirty-one days, we have only begun. You will never exhaust the riches of knowing God. So don't measure this journey merely by how many devotional days you complete. Ask a deeper question: “Am I becoming a woman who increasingly knows, loves and follows God?” That is the journey.
Declare It Today
“Knowing Christ is my greatest treasure. I will not measure spiritual growth merely by information or completed devotionals. I desire to know Him, love Him, follow Him and allow that relationship to transform my entire life.”
Let's Pray
Lord Jesus, above every achievement, possession, title and ambition, I want to know You. Deepen my love for You as I continue this journey. Transform my priorities, character and desires until my life increasingly reflects the One I am learning to know. Amen. There is also a useful quality-control point before we write Day 32 onward: Movement 1 now gives us enough material to judge the real reading experience—not just isolated samples. The reflections are intentionally around a short daily-study length, declarations are Scripture-grounded, prayers flow directly from each passage, and Bible routing metadata is present for every day. Next is Movement 2 — Days 32–59: Jesus, Our Saviour & Lord, beginning with “In the Beginning Was the Word.”
