Pause & Reflect
Sometimes suffering leaves us without words. Paul says: “The Spirit also helps our weaknesses.” You do not need perfect language to pray effectively. There are times when you do not even know what outcome to request. The Spirit intercedes according to God’s will. This is deeply comforting. Your inability to understand the situation does not make God confused. Your weakness does not make prayer useless. Your tears do not have to become polished sentences before heaven can understand them. Come as you are. Sometimes the most honest prayer is: “Holy Spirit, help me.”
Declare It Today
“The Holy Spirit helps me in weakness. I do not need perfect understanding or perfect words before I can come to God.”
Let's Pray
Holy Spirit, help me where I do not know what to pray. Carry the burdens I cannot articulate and align my heart with the Father’s will. Amen.
