Pause & Reflect
“We are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works.” Before Paul speaks about what we do, he tells us whose workmanship we are. God’s. Your life is not merely a project you must construct through ambition. God is at work. He has saved you by grace and created you in Christ for a life of meaningful obedience. Purpose therefore begins with relationship, not pressure. You do not need to copy another woman’s calling. Her ministry may be visible. Her business may be thriving. Her family may look different. Her opportunities may be larger. God did not create you to become her. He has prepared good works for you to walk in. Purpose is not primarily discovering one spectacular assignment. It is learning to recognise and faithfully walk in what God places before you.
Declare It Today
“I am God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works. I will not build my identity through comparison; I will faithfully walk in what God has prepared for me.”
Let's Pray
Father, thank You for making me Your workmanship. Deliver me from comparison and anxiety about purpose. Open my eyes to the good works You have placed before me and give me courage to walk in them. Amen.
