Pause & Reflect
Paul instructed Timothy to entrust truth to faithful people who could teach others also. That is multiplication. What God gives you is not intended to stop with you. Knowledge. Experience. Lessons learned. Professional skill. Biblical wisdom. Encouragement. Your journey may become another woman's shortcut around mistakes you had to learn painfully. Mentoring does not require having every answer. It requires enough humility to say both: “Here is what I know.” and “I do not know that.” Invest in somebody. Legacy grows through people.

Let's Pray
Father, show me who I can encourage, teach or mentor. Give me humility and wisdom to invest without controlling. Amen.
