Jesus taught that Kingdom leadership differs from domination. Greatness becomes service. Leadership is not merely being the person with the final word. It is carrying responsibility for the good of others. A godly leader asks: Are people developing? Is truth clear? Are the vulnerable protected? Do I listen? Do I accept correction? Do I use people to build my vision, or use vision to help people flourish? Leadership exposes character because power gives our character room to act. Let Christ shape how you use it.
