Pause & Reflect
The Proverbs 31 woman recognises that her trading is profitable. Scripture does not present profitable enterprise as inherently unspiritual. The question is what governs it. Wisdom. Integrity. Stewardship. Generosity. The fear of the Lord. Profit can provide stability. Employment. Investment. Generosity. Expansion. Support for ministry and family. But profit becomes dangerous when it becomes ultimate. Jesus asks what it benefits a person to gain the whole world and lose her soul. Build. Create. Trade. Grow. But remain owned by Christ, not by the thing you are building.
Declare It Today
“I can pursue profitable and fruitful work without allowing money to become my master. My enterprise will remain under the lordship of Christ.”

Father, bless the work of my hands according to Your wisdom. Keep ambition submitted to integrity, generosity and eternal priorities. Amen.
