Pause & Reflect
“Two are better than one.” We were not designed for isolated Christianity. Healthy relationships provide encouragement. Correction. Support. Perspective. Laughter. Prayer. Practical help. Yet meaningful friendship rarely develops accidentally. It requires vulnerability. Time. Consistency. Initiative. Forgiveness. Listening. Some women carry relational wounds that make distance feel safer. Wisdom does matter. Trust should not be given indiscriminately. But permanent emotional isolation carries its own cost. Ask God for healthy people. Then become the kind of friend you are asking Him to provide.
Declare It Today
“I will not intentionally build a life of unnecessary isolation. I will pursue healthy, reciprocal relationships marked by truth, encouragement, wisdom and grace.”
Let's Pray
Father, bring godly friendships into my life and help me recognise them. Heal relational wounds that keep me unnecessarily distant, and teach me to become a trustworthy friend. Amen.
