A Trustworthy Woman

Day 195

TODAY'S SCRIPTURE

Proverbs 31:11–12

Read Scripture in Context →

Pause & Reflect

“The heart of her husband trusts in her.” Although Proverbs 31 describes a married woman, trustworthiness is a virtue relevant to every life stage. Can people safely trust your word? Your discretion? Your handling of money? Your responsibilities? Your confidentiality? Your promises? Integrity creates trust slowly. It can be damaged quickly. Being trustworthy does not mean becoming available for every responsibility others want to hand you. Healthy limits remain necessary. It means what you accept, you handle faithfully. What you promise, you take seriously. What is shared confidentially, you protect appropriately. What belongs to someone else, you do not misuse. Godly influence requires trust. Character sustains what gifting may initially open.

Declare It Today

“I want to be a trustworthy woman. I will handle words, responsibilities, relationships and resources with integrity and faithfulness.”

Let's Pray

Father, make me trustworthy in both small and significant matters. Reveal careless habits that damage confidence and teach me to honour what others and You entrust to me. Amen.
