Pause & Reflect
The psalmist speaks of telling the next generation about the works of God so they might place their hope in Him. Legacy is more than what people inherit from you materially. It is what continues because you lived. Faith. Wisdom. Values. Stories. Generosity. Character. A business built ethically. Children discipled faithfully. People mentored. A ministry strengthened. Prayers prayed. Lives encouraged. Some women will have biological children. Some will not. Every Christian woman can still participate in spiritual legacy. You can invest truth into another generation. The question is not merely: “What will I leave behind?” Ask: “Who will be stronger in God because I was here?”
Declare It Today
“I want to build a legacy that points beyond me to God. I will invest truth, wisdom, faith and love into people who can carry them forward.”
Let's Pray
Father, teach me to live beyond immediate success. Show me who I should encourage, disciple, equip and invest in so that faith continues into another generation. Amen.
