Pause & Reflect
“God loves a cheerful giver.” Christian generosity is not meant to arise from manipulation. Paul says giving should be purposeful and willing, not reluctantly or under compulsion. That is important. Spiritual pressure should never be used to exploit people financially. Generosity grows from grace. God has given. So we become people who give. Money. Food. Time. Hospitality. Support. Skills. Encouragement. Give wisely. Give honestly. Give according to your means. And where possible, give joyfully.
Declare It Today
“I choose willing generosity rather than fearful accumulation or pressured giving. I will use what God provides to bless others with wisdom and joy.”
Let's Pray
Father, make my heart generous. Protect me from both greed and manipulation, and teach me to give freely and wisely. Amen.
