Pause & Reflect
Paul said: “For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.” Christianity does not pretend death is harmless. Scripture calls death an enemy. But Christ has changed what death means for those who belong to Him. Paul could face mortality without believing death would separate him from Christ. That gives Christians an unusual freedom. Value life. Protect it. Enjoy God's gifts. Use your years fully. But do not turn earthly survival into the ultimate good. Jesus is greater even than death.
Declare It Today
“My life belongs to Christ and my future beyond death belongs to Him. Death does not possess final authority over me.”
Let's Pray
Jesus, teach me to live fully without living fearfully. Keep my confidence rooted in Your victory over death. Amen.
